Orders & Delivery
Once you place an order, you will automatically receive your order confirmation via email. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder.
We process and ship all orders from our warehouse within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you've received your order confirmation.
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a confirmation and a tracking number, if you chose a shipping method with tracking..
If your delivery is delayed and you haven’t received a notification from us, please reach out to our support team at support@iomi.se.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), such as strikes, natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or supplier issues.
Shipping & Delivery Options
We ship across Sweden, Norway and some European countries. We are working on adding more countries to our shipping.
Depending on your address and selected shipping method, your package may be delivered to your mailbox, doorstep, parcel locker, or the nearest pickup point. We ship all packages with PostNord.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
